The summer is finally here in Morzine and the sun has been shining for a few days now with the occasional exciting rumble of thunder through the Portes Du Soleil mountains in the French Alps.
The main chair lifts, bubbles and gondala’s are in full swing, the 10 outdoor tennis courts are open and the beautiful 50m outdoor pool is open and we had our first dip yesterday, lovely. And at only 1Euro per day for all of these activities (using the Portes Du Soleil Multi Pass) you can’t help but get fit whilst enjoying the majestic beautiful alpine surroundings. There are plenty of mountain bikers here in Morzine dressed to protect and a few riders looked a bit sorry for themselves this afternoon after short but heavy thundery down pour.
